Israeli Forces Incursion into Southern Syria Intensifies

Quneitra: Israeli occupation forces carried out a new incursion into southern Syria on Monday, advancing into the southern countryside of Quneitra. The incursion involved the movement of seven heavy vehicles, including bulldozers and excavators, which entered the area and erected an earthen barrier west of the village of Al-Hanout.

According to Qatar News Agency, this recent incursion follows an earlier movement on Saturday when Israeli occupation forces advanced toward Joura al-Sheikh and Al-Samadaniyah al-Gharbiyah in the northern Quneitra countryside. These actions have prompted Syria to condemn the continued Israeli violations, citing breaches of the 1974 Disengagement Agreement, international law, and relevant UN resolutions.

Syria has called on the international community to take immediate measures to halt these attacks, emphasizing the need for urgent action to address the situation. The incursions have drawn criticism and concern from various quarters, highlighting the tense and complex dynamics in the region.
