Gaza City:Gaza Eight Palestinians were wounded Sunday morning by gunfire from Israeli forces in the Gaza Strip.
According to Qatar News Agency, six individuals were shot in Khan Yunis, located in the southern part of the Gaza Strip. Additionally, two more, including a pregnant woman, were injured by direct fire from Israeli vehicles targeting tents of displaced persons near the Al-Shuja'iya junction, east of Gaza City.
In related incidents, Israeli artillery continues to target areas east of Khan Yunis, and demolition operations are being carried out by Israeli forces east of the Al-Tuffah neighborhood, northeast of Gaza City.
This violence occurs despite a ceasefire agreement between Hamas and Israel that began last October, which Israeli forces have reportedly violated with airstrikes, artillery shelling, and heavy gunfire in different areas of the Strip.
