Amman: Jordan's Minister of Investment, Dr. Tariq Abu Ghazaleh, met on Monday with his Pakistani counterpart, Qaiser Ahmed Sheikh, who is visiting Amman, to discuss prospects for investment cooperation between the two countries.
According to Qatar News Agency, the Jordanian Ministry of Investment stated that the two sides also reviewed avenues of cooperation and explored promising opportunities in digital economy, technology, and innovation, in addition to strengthening partnerships in priority sectors.
The two ministers noted that Pakistani investments in Jordan exceeded 155 million US dollars, the majority of which are in the industrial sector.
