Doha: Jordan welcomed on Sunday the Doha Framework Agreement for Peace between the government of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and the Congo River Alliance (M23 Movement).
According to Qatar News Agency, Jordan welcomes this vital accord, which contributes to achieving peace and stability for the Democratic Republic of the Congo, fulfills its people's aspirations, and further bolsters conflict resolution through peaceful means, the Jordanian Foreign Ministry affirmed.
The ministry further hailed the efforts of Qatar and the United States in reaching the deal.
