Kuwait city: Kuwait Bourse closed trading on Tuesday as the All Share Index gained 38.84 points to reach 8,918.02 points, an increase of 0.44 percent. As many as 369.12 million shares valued at KWD 89.9 million (roughly USD 269.4 million) were traded via 23,610 transactions.
According to Qatar News Agency, the Main Market Index went up by 47.38 points to reach 8,462.58 points, up by 0.56 percent, through 243.9 million shares done via 14,936 transactions valued at KWD 38.4 million (roughly USD 117.12 million).
The Premier Market Index gained 38.63 points to reach 9,472.31 points, up by 0.41 percent, through 125.12 million shares done via 8,674 transactions valued at KWD 51.3 million (roughly USD 153.9 million).
Meanwhile, the bourse Main 50 Index went up by 50 points to reach 8,609.58 points, up by 0.58 percent, through stock volume of 133.3 million shares done in 8,258 deals at a value of KWD 23.9 million (roughly USD 72.8 million).
