Kuwait city: Prime Minister of the State of Kuwait, Shaikh Ahmad Abdullah Al Ahmad Al Sabah and Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi met today to discuss several files related to joint Gulf action.
