Kuwait: Kuwait Bourse closed trading on Thursday as the All Share Index lost 15.48 points to reach 8,468.44 points, a decrease of 0.18 percent. As many as 230.5 million shares valued at KWD 72.3 million (roughly USD 221.2 million) were traded via 19,830 transactions.
According to Qatar News Agency, the Main Market Index went down by 15.95 points to reach 7,714.44 points, which is up by 0.21 percent. This change occurred through 116.4 million shares transacted via 8,058 deals valued at KWD 18.4 million (roughly USD 56.3 million).
The Premier Market Index also saw a decline, losing 16.18 points to reach 9,068.35 points, an increase of 0.18 percent. The transactions involved 114 million shares executed through 11,772 transactions valued at KWD 53.8 million (roughly USD 164.6 million).
Meanwhile, the bourse's Main 50 Index went down by 13.15 points to reach 8,057.83 points, up by 0.16 percent. This was achieved through a stock volume of 109.2 million shares completed in 6,915 deals, at a value of KWD 16.9 million (roughly USD 51.7 million).
