Jakarta:Kuwait Bourse concluded trading on Sunday with the All Share Index recording an increase of 6.59 points, reaching 8,639.30 points, marking a 0.08 percent rise.
According to Qatar News Agency, a total of 248.3 million shares were traded, valued at KWD 66.4 million, approximately USD 215.8 million, executed through 17,966 transactions.
The Main Market Index also experienced an upward movement, climbing 18.27 points to 8,878.30 points, up by 0.21 percent. This was achieved through the trading of 115.4 million shares across 10,769 transactions, valued at KWD 24.1 million, roughly USD 78.3 million.
Additionally, the Premier Market Index rose by 4.44 points, reaching 9,036.80 points, reflecting a 0.05 percent increase. This involved 132.9 million shares exchanged via 7,197 transactions, totaling a value of KWD 42.2 million, or approximately USD 137.1 million.
The Bourse Main 50 Index gained 13.56 points to reach 10,097.85 points, up by 0.13 percent. Transactions for this index included 97.4 million shares processed in 8,820 deals, amounting to KWD 21.4 million, around USD 69.5 million.
