Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Abdullah Al-Yahya discussed, in a phone call Monday, with his Iranian counterpart Abbas Araghchi, means to enhance and consolidate bilateral relations between the two countries in various fields.
They also discussed the current developments in the region as well as developments on the regional and international arenas.
