Lebanese Army Commander General Joseph Aoun met Monday with French President's Special Envoy Jean-Yves Le Drian. The meeting discussed the general situation in Lebanon and the Israeli attacks targeting various Lebanese regions. The situation in the region was also discussed. The Israeli army continues to launch a series of violent raids on several villages and towns in southern and eastern Lebanon. The death toll in the ongoing Israeli airstrikes on southern and eastern Lebanon since this morning has risen to 356. In addition 1,246 persons have been injured. Source: Qatar News Agency
