Doha:The Department of Meteorology has issued a warning about poor horizontal visibility expected tonight. Inshore weather conditions until 6:00 am on Wednesday are predicted to be humid and hazy, with occasional cloudiness, turning misty to foggy in some areas later.
According to Qatar News Agency, Offshore conditions are also anticipated to be hazy to misty in certain areas at times. Wind patterns inshore will predominantly be easterly to southeasterly at speeds of 03 to 10 knots, shifting to variable under 03 knots. Offshore winds will mainly be northeasterly to southeasterly at similar speeds.
Sea conditions inshore are expected to range between 1 to 2 feet, while offshore conditions will vary from 1 to 3 feet. Visibility inshore may reduce to 04 to 09/2 kilometers or less in some areas later, with offshore visibility also potentially decreasing to 04 to 09/03 kilometers or less in certain places.
