Doha: Inshore weather until 6:00 pm on Sunday is expected to be hot to very hot with scattered clouds appearing at times, as stated by the Department of Meteorology in its daily weather report. Offshore conditions are expected to be hazy to misty occasionally, with scattered clouds as well.
According to Qatar News Agency, wind patterns inshore will shift from westerly to northwesterly, reaching speeds of 4 - 14 KT and gusting up to 20 KT during the daytime. Offshore, the wind will initially be variable, later becoming mainly westerly to northwesterly at speeds ranging from 5 - 15 KT.
The sea state inshore is anticipated to range from 1 - 3 feet, while offshore conditions are expected to see waves between 2 - 4 feet. Visibility inland is predicted to be between 5 - 10 km, with offshore visibility ranging from 4 - 8 km, potentially reducing to 3 km or less in certain areas at times.
Temperature forecasts for specific areas indicate significant variations. Doha is expected to experience a minimum temperature of 31°C and a maximum of 45°C. Mesaieed will see temperatures ranging from 27°C to 46°C, while Wakrah's temperatures will fall between 30°C and 43°C. Al Khor is predicted to have a low of 26°C and a high of 46°C, Ruwais will range from 26°C to 36°C, Dukhan's temperatures will vary from 28°C to 38°C, and Abu Samra will experience temperatures between 25°C and 38°C.
