Post: Mikati contacts Algerian President to congratulate him on re-election

Caretaker Prime Minister, Najib Mikati, on Tuesday made a phone call to the President of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, congratulating him on his re-election for a second presidential term.
