Doha: HE Minister of Municipality Abdullah bin Hamad bin Abdullah Al Attiyah met on Tuesday with HE Minister of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China, Ni Hong, during His Excellency's visit to Beijing, China.
According to Qatar News Agency, the meeting focused on enhancing cooperation and promoting the exchange of expertise between the two countries in urban planning and development, infrastructure advancement, and sustainable building technologies. Both parties presented several modern solutions and technologies aimed at developing cities and urban projects.
The discussions also revolved around expanding cooperation opportunities and leveraging advanced experiences in the housing and urban development sectors. This collaboration aims to support efforts in developing sustainable and smart cities, while enhancing the quality and efficiency of the urban environment.
