Post: Minister of State for International Cooperation Engages with Canada’s Foreign Minister in Montreal.

Montreal: HE Minister of State for International Cooperation Lolwah bint Rashid Al Khater met with HE Minister of Foreign Affairs of Canada Melanie Joly, on the sidelines of the Ministerial Conference on the Human Dimension of the Peace Formula in Ukraine, which is being held in the Canadian city of Montreal. The meeting focused on discussing bilateral cooperation and exploring ways to enhance it, particularly in terms of reuniting Ukrainian families. According to Qatar News Agency, the discussions also included recent developments in Gaza and the occupied Palestinian territories as well as Lebanon. The ministers explored avenues for strengthening collaboration in the developmental field and addressed a number of issues of joint interest.
