Doha: HE Minister of State for International Cooperation Maryam bint Ali bin Nasser Al Misnad held a virtual meeting on Monday with HE the Swiss Special Envoy for the Middle East and North Africa Wolfgang Amadeus Brulhart. During the meeting, they discussed bilateral cooperation relations between the two countries and ways to support and strengthen them. They also discussed the latest developments in the Gaza Strip and the occupied Palestinian territories, along with several topics of mutual interest.
According to Qatar News Agency, the meeting highlighted the commitment of both parties to enhance their collaborative efforts in addressing regional challenges. The discussions underscored the importance of international cooperation in the Middle East and North Africa, focusing on fostering peace and stability in the region. Both representatives acknowledged the need for sustained dialogue and partnership to address the ongoing situations in the Gaza Strip and Palestinian territories.
