Al Dhaen highlighted Bahrain's commitment to enhancing its diplomatic capabilities and leveraging the programmes provided by the SCR in monitoring, documentation, and specialised reporting. These efforts aim to support preventive diplomacy in mitigating international conflicts and promoting global peace.
