Muscat Stock Exchange Sees Decline in Trading Session


Muscat: The Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) 30 Index ended the trading session on Sunday at 8,119.93 points, showing a decrease of 39.4 points, or 0.48 percent, from the previous session’s closure of 8,159.33 points.



According to Qatar News Agency, the total value of traded shares amounted to OMR 53,295,293, reflecting a reduction of 18.3 percent compared to the prior session’s value of OMR 65,208,733. Additionally, the market capitalization saw a decline of 0.151 percent from the last trading day, reaching approximately OMR 38.02 billion.
