Spaniard Rafael Nadal qualified for the semi-finals of the Bastad Open Tennis Championship in Sweden, with his victory Friday over Argentine Mariano Navone 6-7, 7-5, 7-5in the quarter-finals. The Spaniard will play on Saturday with Croatian Duji Adkovic, who in turn won over Brazilian Thiago Monteiro 6- 2, 4-6 and 6-4/.
