Geneva: The National Cyber Security Agency (NCSA) participated in the Global Conference on Cyber Capacity Building (GC3B) in Geneva, Switzerland. HE President of NSCA Eng. Abdulrahman bin Ali Al Farahid Al Malki led the Agency's delegation at the Conference.
According to Qatar News Agency, His Excellency engaged in a high-level closed ministerial session on cyber security capacity building in Africa and the global south, which was hosted by the World Economic Forum (WEF). Additionally, NCSA took part in a panel discussion focused on managing technology options for cyber incident response, organized by Lithuanian NRD Cyber Security and the International Telecommunication Union (ITU).
The session addressed disparities in the capabilities of cyber incident response teams, identifying three primary factors contributing to these differences: resources, skills, and talents. The GC3B serves as a platform for enhancing international collaboration in the field of cyber capacity development.
