New Batch of Qatari Real Estate Brokers Take Oath, Boosting Sector’s Growth

Doha: Thirty-two Qatari real estate brokers, comprising both individuals and companies, have taken the legal oath before the Real Estate Brokers Affairs Committee at the Ministry of Justice. This ceremony comes after the brokers successfully completed the necessary licensing procedures mandated by Law No. (22) of 2017, which regulates real estate brokerage activities. Additionally, they have passed the mandatory training course required for licensed real estate brokers.

According to Qatar News Agency, Amer Saeed Al Ghafri, the Assistant Undersecretary for Real Estate Registration and Documentation Affairs at the Ministry of Justice and Chairman of the Real Estate Brokers Affairs Committee, extended his welcome to the new batch of licensed brokers. He expressed his well-wishes for their success in the field of real estate brokerage.

Al Ghafri emphasized that this new group of brokers is a valuable addition to the existing roster of licensed professionals. He highlighted their potential to significantly contribute to the growth and development of the real estate sector in Qatar. By enhancing the sector's investment appeal and ensuring the protection of clients' rights, these accredited and licensed brokers are expected to play a crucial role in the legal handling of real estate transactions.
