Nottingham: Nottingham Forest, a club in the English Premier League, announced on Tuesday that it had dismissed its Portuguese manager, Nuno Espirito Santo.
According to Qatar News Agency, in a statement, the club said that Nuno had been relieved of his duties as head coach, thanking him for his contributions, particularly during the 2024-25 season.
Nuno, 51, took charge of Nottingham Forest in December 2023 and extended his contract in June after leading the team to qualification for the Europa League - the club's first continental competition since 1995.
Nottingham Forest currently sits 10th in the Premier League table after the first three rounds of the new season.
