Doha: Several Palestinians were injured Sunday, some of them critically, after the occupation's fighter jets struck a group of them at Al-Shati refugee camp west of Gaza City, local sources said.
According to Qatar News Agency, the sources added that warplanes conducted a double-tap strike that targeted the upper floor of a home at the same camp, with no reported injuries.
This comes at a time when the Israeli occupation forces upped the ante of shelling operations in multiple parts of the Gaza enclave, mainly apartments, high-rise buildings, as well as civilian vehicles and displaced tents, resulting in the killing and injuring of dozens, among them women, children, and entire families.
