Post: Oil Rises More Than 1% Amid Supply Disruption Concerns

Doha: Oil prices rose on Tuesday as concerns over supply disruptions persisted. Brent crude futures rose $1.24, or 1.18%, to $106.93 a barrel, after climbing about 1% previously. Meanwhile, US West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude futures were up $1.29, or 1.24%, to $102.65 a barrel, after gaining 1.3% in the previous session.

According to Qatar News Agency, the upward movement in oil prices is attributed to ongoing worries about potential supply disruptions. The increases in both Brent and WTI crude futures suggest that the market remains sensitive to any changes in supply dynamics. These price changes follow previous sessions where similar upward trends were observed, indicating a consistent pattern of market response amidst uncertainty.
