Ooredoo Sets October Interest Payments for Global Bondholders

Doha: Ooredoo Group has scheduled October 8 and 10 as the dates for paying interest amounts due to holders of its Global Medium-Term Note Program bonds.

According to Qatar News Agency, in a statement Thursday on the Qatar Stock Exchange, the company said that the bond issuer, Ooredoo International Finance Limited (wholly owned by Ooredoo), will pay USD 13,125,000 to bondholders on the interest due date of October 8, 2025.

The announcement noted that next month, the company will pay interest at a rate of 2.625 percent to holders of its USD 1 billion guaranteed bonds due on April 4, 2031.

Ooredoo will pay USD 11,562,500 on October 10 to holders of its USD 500 million guaranteed bonds bearing a 4.625 percent interest rate and maturing on October 10, 2034.
