Palestine Declares Mourning, Lowers Flags to Half-Staff After Passing of HH the Father Amir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani

Palestine: The Palestinian Presidency declared a three-day mourning period in the State of Palestine, starting Monday, following the passing of the late HH the Father Amir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani. The Presidency also decided to lower flags hoisted at official headquarters and institutions to half-staff.

According to Qatar News Agency, the decision to mourn and lower flags was made to honor the late Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani. This gesture reflects the strong ties and respect between the State of Palestine and the State of Qatar.
