Khan younis: A Palestinian was shot dead Wednesday by the Israeli occupation's firepower in Qizan an-Najjar, southern Khan Younis, in the Gaza Strip.
According to Qatar News Agency, a Palestinian woman and her child were critically injured after an Israeli drone targeted Bani Suhaila town, east of Khan Younis, the Gaza Health Ministry reported. The ministry noted that the casualty toll since the enforcement of the ceasefire deal on Oct. 11 reached 266 fatalities and 635 injuries as of Monday.
In addition, the number of those victimized by the Israeli war on the Gaza Strip since Oct. 7, 2023, has risen to 69,483 fatalities and 170,706 injuries. Meanwhile, several victims are languishing under bombed-out structures beyond the reach of medics and rescue personnel.
