Paris Olympics 2024: Qatari Runner Samba Qualifies for Finals of 400 Meters Hurdles Race

Qatari runner Abderrahman Samba has qualified, Wednesday, for the final of the 400 meters hurdles race in the athletics competition at the Paris Olympics 2024.

Samba achieved one of the two fastest times after the first and second place winners in the three semi-final groups, clocking a time of 48.20 seconds, finishing in third place in the semi-final of the second group.

He was noticeably behind Kyron McMaster from the British Virgin Islands, who took first place in the group with a time of 48.15 seconds, alongside Rasmus Magi from Estonia, who finished second with a time of 48.16 seconds.

Samba said he was so happy for this qualification, adding that he hopefully aspires to the finals and will be strongly ready ahead of the race that be challenging for all.
