Premier League: Everton Holds Manchester City to 3-3 Draw

Everton: Everton held its visiting opponent Manchester City to a 3-3 draw on Monday in their Premier League Round 35 match.

According to Qatar News Agency, Manchester City opened the scoring through Jeremy Doku in the 43rd minute. Everton equalized in the 69th minute via Thierno Barry, then took the lead when Jake OBrien scored in the 73rd minute. Barry struck again in the 81st minute to net his second goal of the match and Everton's third.

Two minutes later, City reduced the deficit through its star Erling Haaland. As pressure mounted in the closing minutes, Doku scored again in the seventh minute of stoppage time to secure a dramatic equalizer for Manchester City.

With the draw, Manchester City, which has a game in hand, moved to 71 points in second place, five points behind the leader, Arsenal. Everton, meanwhile, reached 48 points to sit in 10th place.

Earlier in the day, Chelsea lost 3-1 to Nottingham Forest.
