Post: President al-Assad congratulates President Maduro on winning presidential elections

Damascus, President Bashar al-Assad congratulated President Nicolas Maduro on his great winning presidential elections, and congratulated the friendly Venezuelan people on the success of the important electoral process through which they expressed their adherence to the sovereignty of their country and constitution, and their free and independent will away from any attempts to interfere in their internal affairs.
