Doha: HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani met with HE Presidential Advisor on Security Affairs of the Republic of South Sudan, Tut Gatluak, who is currently visiting Qatar with an accompanying delegation. During the meeting, HE Prime Minister received a message of condolence from HE President of the Republic of South Sudan, Salva Kiir Mayardit, on the passing of HH the Father Amir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani.
According to Qatar News Agency, the discussions between the two sides focused on bilateral relations and explored ways to expand cooperation. Several issues of mutual interest were also addressed during the meeting, emphasizing the importance of strengthening ties between Qatar and South Sudan.
