KUWAIT CITY: HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani has sent a written message to HE Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Kuwait Abdullah Ali Al-Yahya.
