Doha: HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani held a telephone conversation with HE Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkiye Hakan Fidan. The discussion focused on enhancing cooperation between Qatar and Turkiye and addressing recent regional developments.
According to Qatar News Agency, both leaders deliberated on diplomatic efforts and joint coordination aimed at de-escalating tensions and promoting security and stability in the region. HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs emphasized Qatar's commitment to supporting diplomatic initiatives that ensure freedom of maritime navigation and contribute toward a comprehensive peace agreement in the region.
