Doha: HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani held a phone call with HH Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah Al-Saud. The call focused on bilateral cooperation and explored ways to support and strengthen these ties, while also addressing the latest regional developments, notably the Israeli attack on Iranian territory.
According to Qatar News Agency, during the conversation, HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs reiterated Qatar's condemnation of the Israeli attack, labeling it a violation of Iran's sovereignty and international law. His Excellency emphasized Qatar's concerns over the escalation, warning that it threatens regional security and undermines diplomatic efforts aimed at peaceful resolution. He called on the international community to take immediate action to halt Israeli violations and uphold international law.
