According to Qatar News Agency, the congratulatory message was sent as a gesture of goodwill and to commemorate the longstanding relationship between Qatar and Morocco. The cable highlighted the shared values and mutual respect between the two nations, further emphasizing Qatar's commitment to strengthening bilateral ties with Morocco. The message from the Qatari Prime Minister also underscored the historical significance of Morocco's Independence Day, marking it as a pivotal moment in the nation's history.
