Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed bilateral relations with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi in a phone call on Tuesday. A statement by the Kremlin said the two sides tackled regional issues of mutual interest. Modi wrote on X platform that they exchanged views on the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, and that he informed President Putin of his conclusions from his recent visit to Ukraine.
