Post: Qatar Condemns Houthi Attacks on Saudi Arabian Targets

Abu Dhabi:The State of Qatar has issued a strong condemnation of recent attacks by Yemen's Houthi group on King Khalid International Airport in Saudi Arabia and a Saudi Airlines aircraft, resulting in casualties, injuries, and material damage.

According to Qatar News Agency, a statement from Qatar's Ministry of Foreign Affairs denounced the attacks as a grave violation of Saudi Arabia's sovereignty and a direct threat to regional security, civilian safety, and civil aviation.

The ministry reiterated Qatar's full solidarity with Saudi Arabia, expressing support for all legitimate measures taken by the kingdom to protect its sovereignty, security, territorial integrity, and national interests. Qatar emphasized that the security of Saudi Arabia is inseparable from its own and that of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member states.

Qatar extended condolences to the families of the martyrs, as well as to the government and people of Saudi Arabia, and wished a speedy recovery for those injured.
