Post: Qatar Engages in Global Public Security Forum 2026 in China

Doha: The State of Qatar participated in the Global Public Security Cooperation Forum 2026, held today in Lianyungang, China. Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for Security Affairs, HE Sheikh Nayef bin Faleh bin Saud Al-Thani, led the Qatari delegation at the event.

According to Qatar News Agency, Qatar's participation in the forum is part of its efforts to enhance international cooperation, exchange expertise and experiences, and leverage global best practices in security and public safety. The forum provided a platform for countries to discuss and collaborate on various aspects of public security.

On the sidelines of the forum, the Qatari delegation visited an accompanying security exhibition. This exhibition showcased the latest technologies and innovations in the security sector, along with advanced solutions designed to support security operations and enhance the efficiency of public security and safety systems.
