Doha: Qatar Islamic Insurance's net profit dropped by 13.4% in H1 2026 to reach QR 59.8 million, compared to QR 69.1 million in H1 2025. This decline was highlighted in the company's financial report, which was made available on the Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) website.
According to Qatar News Agency, the data released by the company also showed a decrease in earnings per share. For the period ending June 30, 2026, the earnings per share fell to QR 0.40, down from QR 0.46 during the same period in the previous year. This reflects the financial challenges faced by Qatar Islamic Insurance over the past year.
