According to Qatar News Agency, the deposit rates for USD have been set, showing a progressive increase over different terms. For a one-month term, the rate stands at 3.64459, gradually rising to 4.05546 for a twelve-month term. Similarly, for the Japanese Yen (JPY), the rates start at 0.95000 for a one-month term and increase to 1.48000 for a twelve-month term.
For the Swiss Franc (CHF), the rates transition from a negative rate of -0.17000 for a one-month term to a positive rate of 0.20000 for a twelve-month term. The British Pound (GBP) rates are more stable, starting at 3.78000 for one month and reaching 4.48000 for twelve months.
The Qatari Riyal (QAR) rates commence at 4.07005 for a one-month deposit and rise to 4.31475 for a twelve-month term. The Saudi Riyal (SAR) maintains a consistent rate of 4.50000 for one and six months, with a slight increase to 4.60000 for a twelve-month term. The UAE Dirham (AED) rates start at 2.05000 and go up to 3.15000 over twelve months.
The Bahraini Dinar (BHD) exhibits a steady increase, beginning at 4.60000 for a one-month term and reaching 4.85000 for a twelve-month deposit. These updated rates highlight the strategic financial positioning of Qatar National Bank in response to the dynamic global economic environment.
