Qatar National Bank Releases New Currency Rates Against US Dollar


Doha: Qatar National Bank (QNB) has released the latest spot value rates against the US Dollar, effective from Monday. The updated rates provide insights into the buying and selling values of various currencies and commodities within Qatar.



According to Qatar News Agency, the QNB’s rates indicate that the Qatari Riyal (QAR) is being bought at 3.64000 and sold at 3.64150 against the US Dollar. Other significant currencies include the Saudi Riyal (SAR), which is being bought at 3.75070 and sold at 3.75090, and the United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED), with a buying rate of 3.67280 and a selling rate of 3.67320.



The Bahraini Dinar (BHD) shows a buying rate of 0.37700 and a selling rate of 0.37704, while the Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) is pegged at 0.30697 for buying and 0.30707 for selling. The British Pound (GBP) is currently being bought at 1.32830 and sold at 1.32900, and the Euro (EUR) stands at a buying rate of 1.12290 and a selling rate of 1.12300.



For those dealing with the Swiss Franc (CHF), the buying rate is 0.83330, and the selling rate is 0.83390. The Japanese Yen (JPY) is being bought at 145.78000 and sold at 145.80000.



In terms of commodities, gold is priced at 3282.45000 for buying and 3282.96000 for selling, while silver is available at a buying rate of 32.80500 and a selling rate of 32.84370. These rates provide essential guidance for financial transactions and investments involving these currencies and commodities.
