Qatar Stock Exchange Index Records Slight Decline

Doha: The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index experienced a minor decrease on Tuesday, dropping by 10.08 points, or 0.10 percent, to close at 10,241.75 points.

According to Qatar News Agency, the trading session saw a total of 148,409,322 shares change hands, amounting to a value of QAR 431,896,040.425. These transactions were executed across 23,044 deals spanning all sectors.

By the end of today's trading, the performance of listed companies was mixed, with 20 companies seeing their share prices rise, while 26 experienced declines. Additionally, eight companies' share prices remained unchanged.

The market capitalization saw a decrease, reaching QAR 616,210,176,094.736, down from QAR 619,502,829,016.404 in the previous session.
