Qatar University to Host 8th International Conference on Entrepreneurship for Sustainability and Impact 2025

Doha: Qatar University will host the 8th International Conference on Entrepreneurship for Sustainability and Impact, scheduled from November 9 to 11 under the theme: "Frontier Technologies for Resilient Economies." The conference will bring together more than 600 researchers, business experts, and decision-makers from over 50 countries to discuss the pivotal role of emerging technologies in promoting sustainable and inclusive economic growth.

According to Qatar News Agency, the event will focus on the transformative impact of artificial intelligence, blockchain, the Internet of Things, quantum computing, robotics, digital twins, and advanced analytics in reshaping business models, governance, and social outcomes. Topics will be addressed through 17 scientific tracks, 7 keynote speeches, 7 panel discussions, and 96 academic sessions, making it one of the region's most prominent academic events.

Dean of the College of Business and Economics and Chair of the Conference, Dr. Rana Sobh, emphasized the importance of linking scientific research to practical application, noting that the event is not merely an academic conference but a platform for translating knowledge into actionable solutions. She explained that by connecting global expertise with Qatar's innovation ecosystem, the conference aims to generate solutions that strengthen resilient economies while maintaining sustainability and inclusivity.

As part of its activities, the conference will host the "Business Forum" on November 9, designed to enhance partnerships between universities, business sector, and government entities through discussions on digital finance, digital governance, sustainable agriculture, healthcare, and education. Additionally, the conference will include a doctoral seminar, providing a platform to train emerging researchers and prepare a new generation of academic leaders.
