Damascus: A Qatari Armed Forces plane has landed at Damascus International Airport, carrying aid from Qatar Fund For Development and Qatar Charity. The 23 tons of food and shelter aid continues the Qatar-operated air bridge to provide relief and address Syrians’ humanitarian conditions.
According to Qatar News Agency, the plane is the third to touch down at Damascus Airport and the eighth within the Qatari air bridge. This effort affirms the State of Qatar’s great interest and full support for the Syrian people. The ongoing initiative aims to provide essential relief supplies to those affected by the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Syria.
