Doha: The Qatari Businesswomen Association (QBWA) and the European Women's Association (EWA) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU), marking the beginning of a strategic partnership aimed at empowering women in the international business community. This MoU will enhance the two parties' commitment to raising levels of cooperation, exchanging knowledge, and advancing initiatives that support the advancement of women in the business world. This MoU also aims to activate the role of women as key players in economic development and entrepreneurship, as well as to hold joint events, including business forums, educational programs, mentoring initiatives, and networking events. In this context, Vice Chairwoman of QBWA, Aisha Al Fardan, said that this collaboration with EWA is an important step within in the association's efforts to create a global network that supports women's leadership in business. "Together, we are committed to providing women with the resources, connections, and opportunities they need t o succeed in today's competitive business landscape," Al Fardan added. For her part, President of EWA, Yulia Stark, emphasized the two sides' aspiration to unite efforts to raise the level of female entrepreneurs and professionals both in Europe and the Middle East.
