Doha: The Refereeing Department of the Qatar Football Association (QFA) conducted a virtual coordination meeting with football clubs to enhance understanding of the latest amendments to the Laws of the Game. This initiative underscores QFA's commitment to ensuring that all clubs are well-informed and aligned with the newest regulations set forth by FIFA. According to Qatar News Agency, the meeting included a comprehensive presentation led by technical expert Valentin Ivanov, who detailed the key rule changes introduced by FIFA. Ivanov also explained how these changes would impact on-field application and match flow, aiming to prepare clubs for seamless adaptation during competitions. Additionally, Abdullah Al Bulushi, the Head of Youth Categories in the Refereeing Department, emphasized the significance of these meetings in fostering a unified comprehension of the rules among club technical and administrative staff. Al Bulushi noted that such coordination could significantly reduce refereeing errors and pro mote fair play across all levels of the game.
