The employees praised the pioneers of social work who presented these workshops, expressing their benefits and gaining a clearer idea of the culture of social work, the values of social work, and how to apply them in the institution so that they can apply the ideas learned to improve the level of work and cooperation among employees to activate the social role of the institution.
The workshops concluded by distributing certificates to all participants and surveying their opinions on their importance to identify negative points for development and positive points to enhance them.
