Doha: The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index closed Monday's trading higher by 42.14 points, or 0.38 percent, to settle at 11,089.98 points.
According to Qatar News Agency, during the session, a total of 84,486,666 shares were traded, with a value of QAR 306,804,370.080, through 17,780 transactions across all sectors. The shares of 31 companies rose, while 17 companies saw their stocks decline, with five companies maintaining their previous closing price.
At the end of the trading session, the market capitalization stood at QAR 661,874,847,906.825, compared to QAR 659,229,817,072.767 in the previous session.
