Doha: The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice during the period from Oct. 20-24, reached QAR 352,913,497, while the total sales contracts for the real estate bulletin for residential units during the same period reached QAR 37,963,261. According to Qatar News Agency, the weekly bulletin issued by the Department stated that the list of properties traded for sale included vacant lands, residential homes, apartment buildings, and residential units. The sales operations were concentrated in the municipalities of Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Dhaayen, Umm Salal, Al Wakrah, Al Khor and Al Dhakira, and Al Shamal, in addition to areas of the Pearl Island, Lusail 96, Rawdat Egdaim, Umm Al Amad, and Dafna 60. The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice during the period of Oct. 13-17 reached QAR 389,384,578.
