Doha: Russian Air Defenses: Russian air defenses shot down several Ukrainian drones over Russian territory last night, the Russian Ministry of Defense said Monday.
According to Qatar News Agency, the Ministry stated that the Russian air defenses destroyed 12 drones, seven of which were downed over the Kursk Region, two over the Bryansk Region, two over the Belgorod Region, and one over Crimea.
Russia and Ukraine almost daily announce the downing of drones, but it is impossible to verify these reports due to the circumstances of the ongoing war since February 2022.
